Notice on the Completion of Routine System Upgrades and HSM Zero-Downtime Maintenance

To provide a more stable, faster digital payment service that meets financial-grade security standards, the UUPAY engineering team successfully completed a site-wide routine architecture upgrade and a hot upgrade of our Hardware Security Modules (HSM) on 26 July 2026.
🛠️ Results of This Upgrade and Maintenance

Significantly lower core API latency: By deploying new edge acceleration nodes and a distributed hot-failover database architecture, average API response time has dropped from 180 ms to 105 ms (a performance gain of over 40%).

Hardware security module (HSM) firmware upgrade: The hardware defence layer for private key shard signing and transaction credential encryption has been upgraded, reaching the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 financial security certification standard.

Expanded concurrent transaction capacity: Platform peak throughput (TPS) has increased to 50,000+ transactions per second, ensuring withdrawals and card payments remain instant even during periods of extreme market volatility.
📢 Service Restoration
All UUPAY services — including but not limited to App sign-in, crypto card top-ups and payments, Fiat Express withdrawals, eSIM data purchases and API access — are now fully operational.
💡 Security Reminder UUPAY support staff will never ask you for your account password, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes or private key seed phrase under the pretext of a “system upgrade”, “frozen funds” or “account migration”. Always verify that you are on UUPAY’s sole official domain,
